Job summary

Barclays UK is seeking a Compliance Assurance Review Lead (Vice President) to direct assurance reviews across Compliance Risk management. Based in Glasgow, you will manage reviews from planning to reporting, challenge the business, identify risks and deliver high-quality insights to influence remediation and regulatory outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, coach junior colleagues and drive continuous improvement within the Compliance Assurance function while upholding Barclays

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Compliance Assurance/ Audit reviews.
• Strong risk assessment and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management reports.
