Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Correspondent Banking Transaction Monitoring investigations and QA.
• Knowledge of AML, sanctions and cross-border activity risks.
• Ability to evaluate investigations against policies, standards and regulatory expectations.
• Strong root-cause analysis with practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for risk-based insight.

Responsibilities

• Assess complex, high-risk Correspondent Banking investigations.
• Identify control weaknesses and emerging risk themes; escalate where needed.
• Oversee remediation, appeals and quality outcomes.
• Provide clear insights to senior stakeholders and calibration of QA.
• Coach and develop junior analysts; contribute to QA framework improvements.
