A major financial institution is seeking a Senior KYC Advisor in London. This role involves providing high-level advisory services and ensuring compliance with UK regulatory requirements. Candidates should have extensive experience in financial crime advisory and in-depth knowledge of AML legislation. The position offers a hybrid working model, with three days onsite and two days remote, in a fast-paced environment that demands adaptability and excellent communication skills.
As a senior member of the KYC Advisory team, you will provide critical oversight, challenge, and advisory services on complex compliance matters. You will be responsible for ensuring that the bank operates in full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical responsibilities. You will handle the most complex cases and escalations, providing expert guidance and technical advice. This role is perfect for someone who has held a similar position at another large, well-known bank and is ready to take on a significant and challenging responsibility.
On‑site in London three days a week with remote work on the remaining days. Fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities. Hands‑on, autonomous role with no direct reports. Candidates must be adaptable, confident, and able to contribute immediately.
