National Wealth Fund is hiring a Financial Crime Analyst for a 10-month fixed-term contract. The role supports the second line Risk & Compliance function, conducting due diligence, screening and monitoring to uphold the Fund's financial crime framework.

Location is hybrid with a Leeds office. The role offers work across sanctions, AML, and regulatory compliance, under the guidance of the Financial Crime Manager, with opportunities to develop deep practical experience in financial crime

Competenze

Foundational understanding of financial crime risks including AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud and corruption.
Willingness to develop knowledge of UK regulatory framework and related guidance.
Ability to gather information, maintain records and resolve routine queries.

Mansioni

Perform customer due diligence for new and existing counterparties per policies.
Conduct sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks using approved systems.
Document findings and risk ratings with clear rationale for review.
Support periodic reviews of counterparties and monitor risk profiles.
Assist with financial crime investigations by gathering information and maintaining case records.
Prepare factual summaries and respond to routine process queries.
