National Wealth Fund Limited in the UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Risk & Compliance to strengthen the financial crime framework. You will lead second line controls, design policies, and provide strategic advice to enable compliant operations across the Fund.

The role is a 5-month contract, hybrid, with Leeds office, and requires extensive regulatory knowledge, a DMLRO mindset, and the ability to guide investigations, audits and training across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial crime leadership within regulated financial services.
• Deep knowledge of UK financial crime framework and relevant regulations.
• Strong ability to implement and embed a risk-based compliance program.

Responsabilités

• Develop and embed the Financial Crime strategy and framework across the Fund.
• Act as Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer (DMLRO) with strategic input.
• Lead investigations into complex financial crime incidents and report findings to senior management.
• Coordinate with regulators, law enforcement, and internal audit teams.
• Deliver training and awareness on financial crime prevention to colleagues.
