Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Financial Controller for a manufacturing/engineering business based near Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire. You will lead a small accounts team, oversee payroll, monthly accounts, VAT returns and project financials, reporting to the Financial Director.

The role offers flexitime, 37.5 hours per week and a generous benefits package. The employer is a specialist manufacturer supplying automotive, aerospace and Formula One sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience as Financial Controller or similar in manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience managing a small accounts team.
• Able to produce monthly accounts and VAT returns.
