Job summary

Harmonic Finance partners with a growth-stage cyber-security business to recruit a Finance Manager in London. You will own operational finance, financial control, group reporting and the year-end audit end-to-end, acting as the sole finance person from day one and building scalable processes.

The role offers a clear route to grow into commercial finance with data, pricing and packaging oversight, and you will work in a hybrid London setting alongside a board and investors.

Qualifications

• Finalist or newly-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Experience running monthly close and end-to-end management accounts.
• Ability to establish controls and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close across the group and deliver to timetable.
• Prepare group consolidation and reporting packs for CFO, board, investors.
• Manage balance-sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition and accruals.
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll coordination, VAT and banking activities.
• Lead year-end statutory accounts and liaise with auditors.
• Build and improve the control framework and automate processes.
