Quality Personnel in Wolverton is seeking a Financial Controller to lead our finance function. This permanent, full-time, office-based role offers a salary of £50,000-£60,000 DOE.

You will oversee monthly management accounts, drive budgeting and cash flow, maintain strong controls and ensure statutory compliance while guiding senior management with financial insights.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience as Financial Controller or senior finance role.
• Strong technical accounting, reporting and analysis.
• Commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
• Able to communicate financial information to senior management.
• Able to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Experience with SAP is highly beneficial.

About You

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role.
• Strong technical accounting, reporting and analytical skills.
• Commercially aware, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating financial information to senior management.
• Able to work autonomously, take ownership and manage competing priorities.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP systems.
• SAP experience would be extremely beneficial.
