What will you be doing as a Financial Controller?

• Lead month-end processes, ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial operations, driving improvements in process efficiency, accuracy, and use of technology.
• Ensure robust financial controls and risk management.
• Manage year-end processes and liaise with auditors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial modelling projects.
• Act as a business partner, working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

What are we looking for?

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience managing a month-end process, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Use of accounting packages (e.g., Sage Intacct) and process improvement using technology.
• Experience managing and leading a high-performing finance team.
• Strong communicator capable of engaging both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
