A (very) fast-growing FC is looking for an exceptional controller to join the team in London. The company has experienced 100% growth over multiple years, which is expected to continue.

As Financial Controller, you'll help develop financial reporting, processes, and controls as the business scales rapidly. Reporting to the CFO, the FC will be a key member of the finance team, managing internal and external stakeholders, and helping shape the business as it transforms its sector in the UK and beyond.

• Fully qualified — ideally ACA with an audit background
• A minimum of 1-2 years in a growth business. You might be an FC or a Senior Finance Manager
• Experience across the finance function
• Experience implementing finance systems is a bonus (currently Xero)
• Experience in a company heading towards an exit is a bonus
• You must love change and relish challenges
