Job Description

    • Statutory Accounts & Compliance:
      • Preparation of annual statutory accounts in line with relevant regulations and standards.
      • Overseeing year-end processes and liaising with external auditors.
      • Ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements.
    • Management Accounting:
      • Support producing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
      • Budgeting, forecasting, and providing insightful analysis to support business decision-making.
      • Preparing financial reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.
    • Financial Operations & Controls:
      • Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
      • Implementing and improving financial controls and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
      • Hands-on involvement in transactional finance when needed.
    • Stakeholder Management:
      • Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget management.
      • Supporting strategic growth initiatives by providing detailed financial insights.
