Join a leading Pharmaceutical Business within one of their Finance Teams as a Financial Business Partner! This role offers the opportunity to provide financial expertise and strategic insights to support a key business area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling and analytics, with exceptional skills in SAP, Excel, and a good understanding of TM1 or other planning applications.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be the financial expert behind major business decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, transforming complex data into clear insights that drive growth and performance. Your work will influence business strategy, support investment cases, and identify key opportunities through detailed financial analysis and modelling.

• Partner with teams to facilitate informed financial decisions
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Create and deliver actionable reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Influence strategic decisions with your insights and recommendations
• Prepare compelling business cases with detailed financial projections
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and compliance
• Drive process improvements to increase finance team efficiency

• Experience supporting business decisions with insightful financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in SAP (including BCS), Excel, and Analysis for Office; Power BI knowledge is advantageous

• Deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication skills — able to convey financial information clearly to diverse audiences
