Job description

A successful medium-sized organisation based in Hampshire is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Business Partner will:

Duties of the Finance Business Partner Role:

1. Produce monthly management accounts and lead reporting for several group entities
2. Establish key working relationships with internal stakeholders
3. Produce full P&L for several workstreams
4. Work proactively with non-finance colleagues to embed the finance function in the business, providing value-adding and innovative commercial/financial services, advice, and support
5. Utilise advanced Excel skills to develop financial models for integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows

Requirements of the Finance Business Partner Role:

1. ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant
2. Proven experience in producing accurate management accounts
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with the business
4. Ability to mentor junior team members
5. Ambitious with a desire to develop their career
