The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership team, whilst playing a crucial role in guiding financial strategies and ensuring robust financial management across the business.
This role requires a strong background in financial accounting in a services led environment, alongside exceptional leadership and organisational skills. The Finance Business Partner will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organisation's goals.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial understanding and accountability.
• Lead initiatives to optimise financial operations and improve efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards within the organisation.

Requirements

• Fully Qualified Accountant CIMA, ACCA, ACA
