Position: Finance Assistant

Salary: £30K + Study Support

Halliday Marx has partnered with a Media Consultancy Organisation to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid working role reporting to the Finance Manager.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to advance their career. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Processing a high volume of invoices
2. Accurate preparation of weekly payment runs
3. Assisting with supplier reconciliations
4. Raising all customer invoices
5. Cash allocation
6. Reconciling multiple bank accounts in multi-currencies
7. Assisting with month-end close
8. Assisting with VAT returns

The successful candidate will have:

• AAT studying or in the early stages of ACCA / CIMA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player
