Job summary

Fisher Investments UK is seeking an Arabic Translator to support our in-house team. You will translate, edit and proofread content across Sales, Service, Research, Content, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, delivering accurate Modern Standard Arabic translations under the Translation Team Leader.

The role emphasizes industry knowledge in finance, adherence to tone guides, collaboration with vendors, and timely delivery of capital markets materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in translation or linguistics with strong Arabic writing skills in Modern Standard Arabic.
• 3+ years of financial translation experience is required.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic culture are essential.
• Experience with finance/investment content is a plus.
• Experience with CAT tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for internal translation requests across multiple departments.
• Translate, edit and proofread content from English to Arabic ensuring correct tone and style.
• Coordinate with vendors and feedback to ensure timely production.
• Localise financial, marketing, legal and educational materials.
• Maintain quality, meet deadlines and manage translation projects end-to-end.
