Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) UK is seeking an experienced Middle Office professional to support Trade Finance operations and broader MO activities. The role covers day-to-day processing of TFO tasks, onboarding/KYC coordination, and collaboration with Front Office and HO teams to ensure compliance and smooth hand-offs.

You will engage with Credit Administration, Lending Operations, and regulatory reporting to maintain control standards.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications (e.g. CDCS / CSDG / URDG Masters)
• 3-5 years' experience in banking operations with at least 3+ years in Trade Finance Operations
• Good understanding of FAB UK's Trade Finance products

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day TFO processing and governance.
• Liaise with Front Office and HO KYC teams to resolve cases and streamline hand-offs.
• Coordinate with Credit Administration and Lending Operations for loan documentation and settlements.
• Oversee regulatory and policy compliance across Trade Finance activities.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives within Middle Office.
