2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join the finance team in Carlisle, reporting to the Head of Finance. The role involves hands‑on data work, product costing, and partnering with operations to understand cost drivers.

You will analyse data, report clearly, and support broader finance projects while using Excel to manipulate and present information for better decision making.

Formación

• Experience in a finance, finance analysis or commercial finance environment.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Good understanding of costings, variances and financial reporting.
• Ability to work closely with operational teams and link activity to financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial analysis and reporting with the Head of Finance.
• Assist product costing activities, ensuring data accuracy and cost understanding.
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand drivers of financial performance.
• Analyse data to identify trends, variances and areas for investigation.
• Report on key financial and operational information clearly.
• Investigate materials and labour variances and communicate findings.
• Provide accurate and insightful financial information for the business.
• Utilise Excel to manipulate, analyse and present data.
• Convert financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
• Participate in wider finance and business projects as required.
