Job summary

BGIS UK & Europe is seeking a Junior Finance Manager in Central London to support the Finance Manager with accurate reporting, analysis and operational support across the business unit.

You will lead regional Contract Support teams, develop KPIs, ensure data integrity, and provide insights to drive business performance. This role is predominantly office-based in Central London with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis, finance management, or a similar role.
• Experience producing financial reports and supporting operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of regional Contract Support personnel.
• Set objectives and ensure alignment with contract billing requirements.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to the Contract Support team.
• Promote collaboration and consistency of processes across regions.
• Drive best practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce financial and statistical reports to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of KPIs and financial measures.
• Conduct trend analysis and provide insights into performance.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial systems and data.
• Support the preparation of Profit & Loss reporting across the business unit.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support the Finance Manager.
• Assist with ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.
• Act as the primary financial point of contact for enquiries within the business unit.
• Support and resolve financial queries from internal stakeholders and clients.
• Respond to escalations from Contract Support in a timely and professional manner.
• Build strong working relationships with operational and finance colleagues.
