A leading company in financial services is seeking a Financial Administrator for their Oswestry office. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support, managing client queries, and ensuring compliance in financial processes. We have a fantastic vacancy for a Financial Administrator to join our busy Oswestry Office. This is an integral and varied role and your experience in providing high quality administrative support will be invaluable to the whole team. You will act as the point of contact for client queries with regards to pensions, investments and protection as well as liaising with product providers and covering all aspects within the general office administration to ensure a first-class service is provided to internal and external parties.
Office: Perspective (North West) Ltd
Location: Oswestry
Hours:Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm with a one hour break (35 hours)
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience and qualifications. Available upon request.
You will already be experienced working in a Financial Planning firm, and will need to be motivated, friendly and professional at all times and able to hold conversations with third parties, representing the company in a professional manner.

This role forms a key part of the team and, as such, you will be involved in the day to day administration of Wealth Management, ensuring compliant and effective processes are followed and information is accurately processed and maintained.
