Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Finance professional to provide operational and accounting support across the Trust’s sales ledger, income collection and Hampshire Hospitals Charity functions. You will process sales orders, support debt recovery and credit memo activity, and contribute to effective financial control and reporting.

• Sales ledger and income collection experience essential.
• Experience with reconciliations and financial controls beneficial.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Raise and process sales orders; monitor aged debt and support disclosures.
• Process charitable income/expenditure; prepare monthly management accounts and reconciliations.
• Maintain charity funds records and assist year-end audit and statutory accounts.
