• Provide operational and accounting support across sales ledger, income collection and Hampshire Hospitals Charity functions.
• Process sales orders, support debt recovery and credit memo activity, analyse aged debt and income collection performance.
• Undertake day-to-day and month-end accounting for charitable funds, including processing income and expenditure, reconciliations and reports.
• Maintain audit trails and support year-end accounts and audits.
