Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Finance Assistant to join the Cash Team. The role focuses on processing financial information, maintaining control, and supporting the main exchequer accounts.

You will handle petty cash, invoicing, and banking processes while assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with standing financial instructions. AAT qualifications and strong IT skills are preferred.

Formación

• Working knowledge of financial and non-financial computer systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to intermediate level
• Able to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels

Responsabilidades

• Process financial information in line with procedures
• Prepare recharge journals and check/invoice coding
• Verify journals and assist with banking and petty cash tasks
• Support the wider Finance team and ensure governance and audit compliance

AAT Level 3 qualification or above
