Job summary

William Reed is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead a 12-month finance change programme at Gatwick. You will shape the function, deliver benefits, and work across finance and wider business to enable sustainable, technology-enabled improvements.

You will bring proven finance transformation delivery experience, strong analysis, and stakeholder management to translate complex requirements into practical solutions and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Finance transformation or change delivery experience.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement.
• Experience with governance, risk management and delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of finance transformation projects and business change initiatives.
• Manage scope, priorities, risks, dependencies and resources.
• Translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for evolving information.
• Build alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Influence design, implementation and adoption of change.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, delivery teams and partners.
• Identify process improvements and new ways of working.
