William Reed Ltd is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead a finance change programme at Gatwick. The role will drive how the finance function operates, delivers value and collaborates with the wider business.

You will translate complex requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions, manage risks, and engage stakeholders across functions to secure sustainable benefits. The 12-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering finance transformation or change projects.
• Experience in project management, finance business analysis and organisational change.
• Technical understanding of data structures and systems integrations.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement to evaluate challenges and opportunities.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management and delivery frameworks.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of finance transformation projects and business change initiatives against outcomes and benefits.
• Manage project scope, priorities, risks, dependencies and resources.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support decisions in evolving information contexts.
• Build alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities.
