William Reed is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead a finance change project that will shape how the finance team operates, meets business needs and collaborates with the wider business. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will drive change across people, processes, culture and technology to deliver a more efficient, technology-enabled finance function with measurable value. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering finance transformation or change projects.
• Combination of project management, finance business analysis and organisational change knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of finance transformation projects and change initiatives.
• Manage scope, priorities, risks, dependencies and resources.
• Translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support decisions.
• Build alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities.
