Capital One UK is seeking a Senior Finance Associate for Finance Transformation on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Nottingham. This senior role sits at the intersection of financial strategy and project delivery, driving end-to-end technical execution of complex initiatives and translating between finance data and systems requirements.

• Proven experience in traditional finance processes (forecasting, variance analysis) with project management/system implementation background.
• Experience with finance concepts, tools and financial systems; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strategic judgment to navigate stakeholder situations and consider broader impacts.
• Autonomous mindset to identify problems and drive solutions.

Responsabilités

• Project Leadership: lead finance-based projects, manage RAIDD items.
• Rigorous Execution: drive testing cycles, manage UAT and Close Simulation to deadlines.
• Proactive Problem Solving: identify blockers, develop workarounds, communicate impact.
