Job summary

Reed in London Heathrow seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead transactional finance, billings and treasury operations on-site. You will manage a 13-person team and ensure financial integrity for a high-volume contract-driven business.

You will drive end-to-end billing, cash flow forecasting, credit control, accounts payable and treasury, partnering with operations and shared services to optimise working capital and process efficiency while delivering robust ERP transformation support.

Qualifications

• Qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification track record.
• Experience leading sizeable teams and developing talent.
• Extensive experience in high-volume, transaction-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 13-person team across credit control, accounts payable, treasury and billing.
• Manage end-to-end billing cycle for high-volume, contract-driven revenue.
• Drive credit control performance including DSO, aged debt, collections strategy.
• Oversee accounts payable, supplier relations and payments.
• Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting and FX management.
• Deliver robust short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts with commentary.
• Strengthen the control environment through processes, reconciliations and audits.
• Support Dynamics implementation including data migration and testing.
• Use data to identify root causes and improve working capital.
• Partner with operations and shared services to resolve issues at source.
