Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Finance Manager, Transformation Office to partner with senior leaders and drive financial rigor across international transformation initiatives. You will lead planning, business case development, and value realization tracking, ensuring sustainable value from complex program investments.

Reporting to the Director, Transformation in the DS International Business Controlling team, you will shape priorities, monitor performance, and deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or Master’s degree preferred; professional certifications (CPA/CIMA/ACCA/ACCA) advantageous.
Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Partnering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day execution of strategic transformation initiatives across International Controlling.
Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, workplans, milestones and success metrics.
Establish robust tracking mechanisms for progress, risks, dependencies and benefit realization.
