Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the UK is recruiting a Finance Manager, Transformation Office, to lead financial planning, business case development, and value realization across strategic transformation initiatives. Based in the UK or Czechia, you will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations to drive performance and ensure sustainable value creation.

The role requires strong modelling, governance, and change management skills, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
MBA or Master's degree preferred; professional certifications (CPA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA) advantageous.
Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance management for transformation initiatives.
Develop business cases and investment analyses.
Provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations.
Drive governance, value realization tracking and benefit realization across programs.
Support change management and communication to ensure adoption and execution.
