Responsibilities

• Lead transformation execution across International Controlling and ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, workplans, milestones and metrics.
• Establish tracking mechanisms for progress, risks, dependencies and benefits realization.
• Coordinate governance forums and support issue escalation and resolution processes.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement in international finance processes.
• Partner with process owners to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Support design and implementation of future-state operating models and tools.
• Track transformation benefits to ensure sustainable value creation.
• Partner with finance, business and functional leaders to drive adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Translate financial and operational information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support change management planning and training materials to drive readiness.
