Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead to drive the deployment, integration, and adoption of Finance transformation solutions across the region. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, leading end-to-end deployment activities for SAP Finance / S/4HANA and related platforms.

You can be based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or the UK and will collaborate with global teams, working 3 days per week from a J&J office.

Qualifications

• 20+ years preferred leading large ERP deployments and finance tech teams.
• 14+ years with SAP ECC6 FI/CO and S/4 HANA implementations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with deployment and cutover management.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, integration, and adoption of Finance transformation solutions.
• Coordinate end-to-end ERP deployments across regions and teams.
• Manage governance, risks, and stakeholder engagement throughout programs.
• Co-lead a global finance technology deployment team across domains.
