Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of strategic transformation initiatives across International Controlling.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, workplans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Establish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and benefit realization.
• Coordinate governance forums, prepare decision materials, and support issue escalation and resolution processes.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across international finance and controlling processes.
• Partner with process owners to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Support design and implementation of future-state operating models, processes, and tools.
• Track and measure transformation benefits to ensure sustainable value creation.
• Partner with finance, business, and functional leaders to drive adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support change management planning, communications, and training activities.
• Monitor adoption metrics and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Overview

The Finance Manager, Transformation Office serves as a strategic finance partner to business and transformation leaders, providing financial leadership, performance insights, and decision support to accelerate business performance and transformation outcomes.

Reporting into the Director, Transformation within the DS International Business Controlling team, this role is responsible for leading financial planning, business case development, value realization tracking, and performance management across key transformation initiatives. The Finance Manager will influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Program Management teams, ensuring transformation investments deliver sustainable business value.

Working within the Transformation Office, this individual will play a critical role in shaping strategic priorities, driving financial rigor, identifying value creation opportunities, and supporting the successful execution of transformational change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Transformation Execution & Governance
