Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Finance Manager, Transformation Office (UK or Czechia) to act as a strategic finance partner for transformation leaders. The role focuses on financial leadership, performance insights, and value realization across major initiatives.

Reporting to the Transformation Director within the DS International Business Controlling team, you will lead planning, business case development, and KPI tracking to accelerate performance and ensure sustainable value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• CPA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation execution across International Controlling with alignment to objectives, timelines and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, workplans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Establish tracking for progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Coordinate governance forums, prepare decision materials, and support issue resolution.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of finance processes.
• Partner with process owners to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Support future-state operating models, processes, and tools.
• Track transformation benefits to ensure sustainable value creation.
• Partner with leaders to drive adoption and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support change management, communication, and training materials.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports for governance and leadership.
