Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Transformation Manager based in Milton Keynes on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will join a high-impact senior team, driving cross-divisional transformation and delivering quantified benefits.

You will report to the Chief Transformation Officer and partner with division heads, ExCo, and stakeholders to track progress, manage data, and provide governance across the programme.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Project Management skills (Required).
• Strong grasp of project management methods, business cases and risk handling (Required).
• Ability to think from first principles and challenge status quo (Required).

Responsibilities

• Transformation Progress Tracking: monitor initiatives, milestones and progress against plan.
• Data and Information Management: ensure data is complete, accurate and current.
• MI reporting: produce clear progress reports with trends and exceptions.
• Benefits Tracking: maintain baselines, forecasts and actuals with finance input.
• Risks & Dependencies: maintain visibility and escalate unresolved issues.
• Planning & Coordination: maintain transformation plans and coordinate dependencies.
