Morgan McKinley in Milton Keynes seeks an experienced Group Financial Controller for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead a multi-faceted finance function. The role combines end-to-end operational focus with strategic oversight, reporting to the Finance Director and managing a 25–30 strong team across Corporate, Transactional, Data and Transformation streams.

Qualifications

Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with relevant finance leadership experience.
Experience leading multi-site or multi-entity finance functions.
Strong grasp of ERP implementations and finance transformation.

Responsabilités

Lead Finance Leadership Team across corporate, transactional, data and transformation verticals.
Oversee consolidated financial reporting, statutory submissions, long-range planning, tax compliance and working capital.
Direct the transactional finance function (AP, AR, Cash, Payroll, VAT, PAYE) across multiple sites.
Drive finance data, systems transformation, ERP implementations and reporting automation.
Oversee treasury activities, cash forecasting, banking relationships and risk scenarios.
Partner with Senior Leadership Team and Board for executive-level reporting.
