Job summary

Chilworth Partnership is seeking a Head of Finance for a leading infrastructure business. You will lead a large finance team, own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and governance, and partner with the parent company finance function to drive strategic decision making.

The role focuses on finance transformation, ERP and forecasting platforms, and adherence to governance standards including Sarbanes-Oxley.

Qualifications

• Full ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification mandatory.
• Proven track record of leading large teams in a commercial business.
• Broad financial experience from technical accounting to cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in long-term contracts or projects is advantageous.
• Driven to continuously improve processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance function.
• Own delivery of accurate financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive finance transformation, ERP and forecasting platform adoption.
• Ensure robust governance, controls, statutory reporting and SOX compliance.
• Lead business partnering across operations, commercial, and project teams.
