Job summary

EY’s Value & Performance Management (VPM) team helps CFOs and business leaders transform decision making and enterprise performance. The role sits in a global practice delivering modern FP&A, business partnering, and analytics through AI-enabled frameworks.

As Director, you’ll build senior client relationships, lead complex transformations across Finance, FP&A and Enterprise Performance Management, drive business development, and mentor teams in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in consulting
• Experience in a Senior Finance/FP&A/Commercial role is a bonus
• End-to-end experience delivering change programmes across Finance Transformation, FP&A, Enterprise Performance Management
• Proven ability to build senior client relationships
• Sector expertise and strong commercial understanding
• Strong experience of managing complex risk, quality and commercials
• Experience of business development and revenue generation e.g. bid work
• Extensive experience of leading teams in a matrixed environment
• People development experience, including coaching and career development

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on performance challenges
• Lead and execute complex transformations on client behalf
• Drive growth of VPM and Finance Transformation business through bids and eminence
• Lead on business development activities such as bids and tenders
• Coach and mentor junior consultants in a matrixed environment
• Lead innovation topics and develop thought leadership for clients
