Job summary

Camino Search is currently working with a leading private equity-backed technology platform seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join the business on an interim basis for 6 months. You will own consolidated financial reporting and professionalise reporting processes for the business across several international entities.

As well as reporting ownership, you will support the Group CFO with refining controls and processes, and refining the use of a new ERP system, Netsuite.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with consolidation and group reporting experience.
• Strong technical accounting and multi-entity reporting ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Netsuite implementation experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation accounting.
• Own statutory reporting with full GAAP compliance.
• Drive improvements across reporting processes, systems and controls.
• Oversee Netsuite rollout with integrators.
• Manage group-wide financial governance and balance sheet reports.
• Provide high-quality analysis and commentary to senior leadership.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and liaise with auditors.

Camino Search is currently working with a leading private equity-backed technology platform seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join the business on an interim basis for 6 months.

Within this role, you will take ownership of all consolidated financial reporting and professionalise reporting processes for the business. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that supports strategic decision-making at the group level across several international entities

As well as reporting ownership, you will be supporting the Group CFO with refining controls and processes, as well as refining the use of a new ERP system.

THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE WEEKLY TRAVEL - EXPENSES COVERED

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated accounts
• Own statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with local GAAP
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems, and controls
• Ownership of the roll-out of a Netsuite, working alongside integrators
• Oversee group-wide financial governance and balance sheet reports
• Partner with senior leadership to provide high-quality analysis and comment
• Support key finance transformation initiatives
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key finance stakeholders

About You

• Qualified accountant, practice preference
• Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience
• Proven background in group reporting within a multi-entity environment
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Netsuite implementation experience is essential
