Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Cambridge seeks an experienced Interim Finance Manager to provide hands-on financial leadership on a fixed-term contract. The role focuses on improving financial reporting, forecasting and project accounting within a technology and project-based business.

You will lead month-end reporting, support finance system implementations, strengthen controls and partner with senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.

Competenze

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong background in a technology, engineering, project-based or operational environment.
• Proven experience delivering finance system implementations, integrations or major process change programmes.
• Excellent management accounting, forecasting and project accounting expertise.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems knowledge, with Power BI experience advantageous.
• Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders and operate effectively at senior leadership level.

This is a key role focused on improving financial reporting, strengthening forecasting and project accounting, enhancing controls, and supporting a significant finance systems integration programme.
