About the Business

A private equity-backed business undergoing an exciting phase of growth and operational improvement. Following a recent NetSuite implementation, the finance team is focused on improving data quality, reporting capability, and financial processes to support better decision-making across the organisation.

The Opportunity

This is a broad, hands‑on Finance Manager role working closely with the Group FC and CFO. The position will support core finance operations while also helping improve systems, controls, reporting, and process efficiency.

A key focus will be supporting and embedding NetSuite, ensuring data is accurate, reporting is reliable, and the system is being used effectively across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Group FC and CFO across financial reporting and day‑to‑day finance operations
• Own and improve month‑end processes and management reporting
• Help optimise the use of NetSuite across the finance function
• Improve data quality, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting
• Assist with audit and year‑end processes
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives
• Partner with operational teams to improve financial visibility and controls
• Support ad hoc finance projects as the business continues to scale

Candidate Profile

• Experience within an SME, PE-backed, or high‑growth environment
• Strong management accounting and financial control experience
• Exposure to ERP implementations or post‑implementation improvement work
• NetSuite experience is essential
• Strong Excel and data handling skills
• Hands‑on, adaptable, and commercially minded
• Process‑driven with strong attention to detail
