Job summary

LHCPG is seeking a Financial Controller to lead core finance operations, reporting and controls, and to drive efficiencies through a new finance system implementation. You will transform processes, strengthen controls and deliver lasting improvements across the function.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, coaching finance colleagues and embedding best practices to support strategic planning and a customer-focused finance function that adds real value to the organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA, CIMA or ACA or equivalent.
• Experience in senior finance roles with process improvement.
• Experience supporting ERP and finance system implementations.
• Strong payroll, AP/AR, and month-end close experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day finance operations and controls.
• Support ERP/system transformation projects and digital finance initiatives.
• Develop and improve financial reporting and processes.
• Coach and develop finance colleagues; build stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure integrity and compliance in financial activities.
