Job summary

Accountable-Recruitment is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to lead day-to-day finance operations in Liverpool, blending hands-on finance with transformation and automation. You will drive system improvements, robust controls and accurate reporting.

Working under a Finance Director, you will guide a growing team, implement automation projects, improve data quality and deliver insightful KPIs to support strategic decision-making.

• Experience as a Financial Controller or Senior FC.
• Strong financial controls and governance background.

Salary: GBP70000 - GBP85000 per annum

2/3 days office - flexible

A fast growing regulated business is modernising its finance function — automating processes, upgrading systems and building a smarter, more efficient operation.
Subsequently they have a newly created positionfor a Senior Financial Controller who can blend hand'son technical finance with transformation, automation and systems improvement.

This role offers clear progression to Head of Financial Operations in the near future.

The Role

Working under an impressive FinanceDirector, you will lead day to day finance operations while driving improvements across systems, reporting and processes. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help build a finance function that’s robust, data driven and future ready.
