LHCPG is seeking a Financial Controller to lead core finance operations, reporting and controls, and to drive efficiencies through a new finance system implementation. You will transform processes, strengthen controls and deliver lasting improvements across the function.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, coaching finance colleagues and embedding best practices to support strategic planning and a customer-focused finance function that adds real value to the organisation.

As our Financial Controller you will co-ordinate the delivery of our core finance operations, ensuring consistently high standards of day to day finance operations, reporting and control and play a significant role in the continued development of efficiencies within the function through the successful implementation of a new finance system, helping to transform and modernise finance processes, strengthen controls and deliver lasting improvements across the function.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing digital transformation of the Finance function to maximise its effectiveness within an ambitious and growing business through championing best practice, supporting strategic financial planning and helping develop a modern, customer-focused finance function that delivers real value.
You're a proactive, hands-on finance professional who is experienced in improving processes and building strong relationships across a business. You combine functional expertise with commercial awareness when supporting stakeholders at all levels and you thrive in a collaborative environment which is focused on continuous improvement to enhance performance, controls and overall customer service to all colleagues across the business.
