Job summary

LHCPG in the UK is seeking a Financial Controller to coordinate core finance operations, ensure high standards of day-to-day finance, reporting and controls, and drive improvements through a new finance system implementation.

You will combine hands-on accounting expertise with commercial awareness, support stakeholders at all levels, and lead process improvements across payroll, payable and receivable functions in a not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent required.
• Experience leading core finance operations and driving system transformations.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills with commercial awareness.
• Experience with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end/year-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of core finance operations, reporting and controls.
• Lead the implementation of a new finance system and modernise processes.
• Strengthen financial controls and policies across the function.
• Support strategic financial planning and stakeholder engagement.
