Job summary

Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to lead design and delivery of finance process improvements across a complex organisation. You will focus on end-to-end Record to Report, standardisation, stronger controls and higher quality reporting.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will shape future-state processes, translate business needs into actionable change, and drive ERP-enabled change programmes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of R2R processes and month-end close.
• Experience supporting finance transformation or operating model changes.
• Understanding of financial controls and governance requirements.
• Experience with ERP-enabled change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of best-practice R2R processes.
• Coordinate improvements across period-end close with governance.
• Develop journal governance and control frameworks.
• Improve balance sheet reconciliation processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional process design and optimisations.
