InPost UK is seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist to join our UK Finance team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology and change, focused on delivering process improvement, automation and systems change across UK Finance.

Working with Technology, Data, HR and Operations, you will help simplify how we work and adopt new technology, including AI. We’re looking for hands-on ERP experience, Lean Six Sigma credentials, and a track record in driving finance process redesign

Qualificações

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) qualification or demonstrated track record.
• Led or contributed to at least one finance process mapping and redesign project with measurable outcomes.
• Working knowledge of P2P, O2C, R2R or reporting processes in finance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Evidence of managing own workload and delivering to deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with Technology, Data, HR and Operations stakeholders.
• Practical experience with RPA, AI analytics or conversational AI.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver defined work packages within transformation workstreams and track progress, risks and benefits.
• Map current-state processes and support rollout of automation and AI tools.
• Act as the day-to-day link between Finance and Technology, Data, HR and Operations.
• Identify underused systems and support evaluation and adoption of new planning, reporting and analytics tools.
• Support testing, communications, training and adoption tracking for changes.
• Collaborate with Controlling, Financial Accounting, Reporting and Operations to address pain points.
