Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Finance Systems Integration & Digital Enablement professional to strengthen financial management and drive automation across finance functions. You will be embedded in the Finance and Procurement department, collaborating with system managers, IT partners and business stakeholders to modernise processes and ensure robust financial controls.

The role focuses on governance, data quality and end-to-end improvements, with opportunities to work across Accounts

Qualifications

Relevant background in Accountancy, Finance, Information Systems or related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent advantageous.
Experience with Workday and Power BI/Power Automate/Power Query or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead finance system automation, data integrity and AI-enabled insights.
Collaborate with finance users, system managers and IT partners to translate requirements into governed solutions.
Support governance, policies, controls and audit readiness across finance operations.
Develop data analytics, dashboards and management reporting solutions for decision-making.
Drive process improvement and digital enablement to optimise end-to-end finance processes.
Maintain clear process maps, documentation and training materials.
