InPost UK is seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist to join our Finance team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology and change, reporting into the Finance Transformation Manager.

You will help deliver process improvement, automation and systems change across UK Finance, collaborating with Technology, Data, HR and Operations to simplify workflows and adopt new tech, including AI. You will partner with Controlling, Financial Accounting, Reporting and Operations to

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement qualification
• Led or contributed to at least one finance process mapping and redesign project with measurable outcomes
• Experience with finance processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R or reporting
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel
• Manage own workload and deliver to deadline with a completed project
• Experience collaborating with Technology, Data, HR and Operations stakeholders
• Experience with RPA, AI analytics or conversational AI
• Accounting qualifications (AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience with planning tools (Anaplan/Adaptive) or reporting platforms (Power BI/Tableau)
• Change management – communications, training or UAT

Responsabilidades

• Delivery and tracking: manage defined work packages, plans, roadmaps and track benefits
• Process improvement and automation: map current-state processes and design faster workflows with RPA/AI tools
• Programme support: act as day-to-day link between Finance and Technology, Data, HR and Operations
• Finance systems: identify underused systems and support tool evaluation and adoption
• Change and communications: support testing, communications, training and adoption tracking
• Finance partnering: collaborate with Controlling, Financial Accounting, Reporting and Operations & Newstrade Finance to fix pain points
