Novus Property Solutions is seeking two Trainee Accounts Payable Clerks for our Head Office in Stoke-on-Trent. This role offers hands-on training to learn invoicing, payments and record-keeping, with support from an experienced team.

You will join a friendly Finance department and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow. We welcome candidates new to accounts payable and provide a thorough induction.

Qualifikationen

• Organised and detail-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic finance concepts.
• Willing to learn and develop within a finance team.

Aufgaben

• Record subcontractor invoices and match to purchase orders using COINS.
• Support processing of subcontractor invoices and payments.
• Help prepare weekly, month-end and same-day payment runs.
